A Simple Blade of Grass, by izzy

Of the billions of people in this world,
together we're viewed as a mass.
individually different,
yet seen as a simple blade of grass.
If I grow tall, shout out and scream,
I will not be heard, I will not be seen.
when they look at me I am the same as you,
or at least it would seem.
And when I die no one will see,
as another blade of grass soon replaces me... |
