The Kind Hearted Soldier, by LaShawnna Subscribe to rss feed for LaShawnna

He had a terrible life, but he vowed that he would have a
better life. So when he got older he enlisted in the army,
and true to his vow he had made a better life for himself.
He was sweet to everyone, everyone liked him. Then he got
the call he was going off to war. But he didn't complain, he
faced it with courage. When he got into the battles he seen
somethings that hurt him but, he didn't falter. Then one day
he saw a little girl wandering over on the battle field in
the line of fire. He couldn't let her get shot, he ran over
and picked her up despite he protests of his fellow
soldiers. Then a sharp pain ripped through his heart, then
he went down. Next thing he knew he saw a bright lights, and
other soldiers moaning in pain. Then thats when he saw a
young man no more than nineteen he knew that he was going to
die. He shouted for a doctor to come, and when one finally
did he simply asked "Whats wrong with him?" Pointing to the
young man. Then t he doctor told him he needed a liver to
live. Without thinking twice the soldier said, "Take mine I
know I won't live much longer, that young soldier's life is
more worth it than mine. The doctor nodded, and soon the
operation was done. The young man seemed to be doing fine,
that did the soldier good.He died peacefully knowing he had
helped another. Later on the young man woke up , and he saw
the soldier being rolled away he asked how the soldier had
died, the doctor replied he got got shot saving a little
girl, it was a miracle he still lived. Then he gave his
liver to you so you'd survive. The young man felt a deep
sadness for not getting to meet his hero, the kind hearted
soldier.
