Seasons
Oh bluebells and red n green holly
One in spring one in winter by golly
Summer is gone, fall's fading fast
Winter's here now, at last, at last

But where is the snow to make everything white?
Where are the flakes to fall through the night?
Soon will be the time to deck the halls
But it won't be right if no snow falls

I live in the north where it's icy cold
Not in the south where the sun is bold
Sledding from the top of the hill all the way down
Just won't work on a hill that is brown

It doesn't make any rhyme or reason
What has happened to the season?
It's suppose to be cold but it is hot
There's suppose to be snow but there is not

Old Man Winter, you've made a mistake
Can't you even make one snow flake?
Oh, Mr. Winter I'm shedding a tear
No snow man for my yard this year

So goodbye winter, welcome spring
Wonder what this season will bring?
I stand here and shudder and heave big sighs
And wait for spring and her big surprise.
