Shipwrecked
The iceberg was hidden in the fog
This never got into the Captain's log
Because Passengers and crew were lost
Overboard the ship they were tossed

All but just two were drowned
The rest would never be found
The water was oh so cold
But two souls were oh so bold

Struggling they made it to the shore
They were cold down to the core
Then lying quietly in the sand
So thankful to be on land

The sun so hot upon their skin
It warmed them all the way within
And gaining strength they looked around
But knowing they would never be found

Searching and finding trees laden with fruit
And also a pirates chest filled with loot
Finally at peace they sat down and ate
Both of them resigned to their fate.
