ivory white blossoms, by April BLue Subscribe to rss feed for April BLue

miss the scent of gardenias
from pineapple hill
ivory white blossoms set
in bed of vivid emerald green
miss the wave of fragrant
freshness coloring my hair

miss the softness of the feel
soft petals upon my skin
pikake from tahiti oil in my hair too
just for me april blue
miss the gentleness
miss the easiness of grace

sweeping my hand in the air
swooping down and gathering blossoms
without a care
ivory white blossoms of love
nestled in a bed of dark emerald green
leaves of the evergreen tree

felt like a queen
prancing upon pineapple hill
scanning my sights on kapalua bay
in my own way
my riches were in the garden
my wealth were the ivory blossoms so divine
pikake from tahiti oil in my hair too
just for me april blue

That had wonderful imagery in it and really brought me to be prancing around and sweeping my hands in the air just like you. You're a great writer!
