Under A Lover's Sky, by Don't build lies on ice cubes. Subscribe to rss feed for Don't build lies on ice cubes.

The stars are falling through the air
Dropping like raindrops to the ground
Stardust swirls in the cold of the night
And they sparkle within my eyes

A soft glow surrounds my face
The moon is crisply blue
My cheeks are warm from the bitter air
And my hand has been taken by you

I fall against your chest
Under a sky of lights
That dance across the backdrop
Of a lover's velvet sheet

The grass is gentle beneath me
The dew has started to form
You run a hand across my face
And my smile radiates

We move slowly together in heated frenzy
Passion smoulders a fire from our pores
I'm high and giddy in a stupefied daze
As your mouth takes all of me

Your body knows my body better than its own
And your mind thinks in time with mine
My soul has twinned with yours
And together they salsa across the sky

There's lights. There's lights everywhere,
From in me, from in you and above
A sky so beautiful and a couple so sublime
Made to be lovers under a sky made to love
