Dark Reality

By Rura •
I fall over the table, fall asleep.
My mind is far away, far indeed.
I wanna fly to a different world,
And forget this one.
Fly through my dreams,
Believing on my thoughts,
Raising a smile.
My eyes slowly close the windows.
All turns clearly and free.
Everything I saw before
I see now with a new magic,
A new taste, a new hope.
I fly on it as always I wanted to.
Then, my eyes slowly open,
All turns dirty and trapped.
Everything I saw in my candy dreams,
My wishes in that nap sleepy mood time,
It’s over.
I face the cruelty of life.
Many problems to handle
A future that I might don’t want
And a sadly past to remember.
Blocking me, as a maze
With the destiny helping him.
Everything I always see,
Yes, it’s this.
A lost world,
With broken dreams.
And all reality to face.
Where is the light? I ask.
Forgotten in the night’s soul.
The darkness won.
What a surprise…
After all, it’s ok.
It really doesn’t matter.
Because I am used to it.
To my shadowy heart.
