Sunrise, by LaLa Subscribe to rss feed for LaLa

Whenever I see the sunrise,
I see your eyes.
Glaring at me with hot, bright love.
Letting me know that you're still watching from above.
The sunrise keeps me warm and safe like you once did.
Until that not-so-lucky day when I found you resting
permanently in your bed.
But in the sunrise, I see comfort like no other.
Remembering only you and not another.
