Time's Keeper, by Gaylene Thomas Subscribe to rss feed for Gaylene Thomas

Do you all see this that I hold in the palm of my hand,
It is the one and only key to this whole wide bold home
land.
As I am the wise man, the keeper of this place we call
Earth,
And I was here long before time, Yes before the worlds
birth.
I watched in amazement, while the land and the sea's did
divide,
And I saw the first names ocean's, wash up as our first
tide.
While the heaven's and the Earth were divided straight down
the middle,
And yes I remember Adam and Eve, yes that made me giggle.
And the so called "Garden of Eden" that was so perfect and
fresh,
Until they ate the forbidden apple, thats what started this
so called mess.
Then once that had happened, and the world found out how to
hate,
Another deseptive ellusion, did then one and all help to
create.
Until the place that was meant to be, a totaly peaceful
place,
Had turned out like a whirlpool, with nothing but shame and
disgrace.
So from here my "Dear Children" you have to all work now
together,
As the once was soft nest, has just losted it's last
feather...
And you must try to undo quickly, what has taked centuries
to mess around,
Because not before too long, our Earth shall not make a
single sound.
