Hi, I'm Confusion, by Cutie In A Death Cab Subscribe to rss feed for Cutie In A Death Cab

I think I just thought
that I should just cease to think.
I think I'm on the brink.
But it was just a thought.

My days, I know,
are only episodes of a show.
Watched by whom? Well I don't know,
but the viewers surely wear a glow
to shine on me and make me see
the light that longs to set me free.
But sight has been my enemy.
However, my worst adversary
is the owner of the key
that locks my lids so I can't see.
Hey wait,
that's me.

Returning the comment, really liking this one. Tight rythm, neat rhyme and the fact that I had to read it through twice only serves to heighten my enjoyment :D
