Together Again
Water cascades down a mountain,
and winds a ribbon of blue,
through a meadow so green.
Eagle high on the wing remembers another time,
long past, of falling rock, of wind,
of deluge, of pain, of unconsciousness.
Awakening to prisms of color, light,
Music floating on the air of transition.
Beings surrounding, comforting.
Now here again.
Memories of that past flood into her consciousness.
Love lost then.
A cry comes forth from her.
"Oh, my love, where are you?
Are you forever lost to me?"
Behind her an answer.
"I am here my love.
At last we are together again"
