Looking back
  there's so much I would change
  so many choices that cost a pricey wage

  I realize my age
  and glance back at each previous page

Nothing can alter the days that are done
I've come to accept that life isn't always fun

  experimenting was bad
  I turned down so many opportunities i had

Until one day I lost all structure

I am not afraid anymore
There's no time to be scared
Take advantage of the things that are good
Because sometimes good things are rare

  that time flies by fast

  that worry is a waste
  maybe you'll stop fretting in haste

I could leave now and end the pain
But I'd rather stay and play in the rain
