The Darkest Purple Feeling

It hurts when someone is sarcastic with you
It goes way down deep inside
Makes you feel more than blue
It makes you purple eyed

He told me to cook with coconut oil
Said I, "have to avoid it boiled or fried"
He let out a torrent of words, I did recoil
Then I got purple eyed

My blue-green eyes glazed over
And turned purple as purple can be
More purple than purple clover
'Til I could no longer see

What's your problem Mister Man
Why do you dis me that way
I come from the O type blood clan
If I ate coconut I would pay

I looked at him through a purple haze
And he began to shake
At once amidst a puple blaze
An apology he did make

Don't ever disrespect me
And always be on my side
For as you can plainly see
I get purple eyed.
