Cold Nights, by little_irish_rose Subscribe to rss feed for little_irish_rose

 The shudders shook,
the wind roared.
A windy night,
made the branches soar.

 A dark room,
a dark life.
A puddle of blood,
beside a knife.

 A broken heart,
a torn fold.
A windy night,
that left us cold.

 A sad girl,
an ending blade.
Memories of her,
fade and fade.

 The window cracked,
the mirror ran red.
A cold, dark night,
left one girl dead.

 A saddened tale,
of unfortunate lies.
Brought tears to the heart,
tears to the eyes.

 A messed up world,
a cold night.
A broken door,
a blinking light.

 A stunned look,
on a mothers face.
Few ending words,
from her saving grace.

 "Goodnight, farewell,
please don't cry.
I'll see you soon,
but for now goodbye."

 A strike of lighting,
a banish of light.
A shake of thunder,
a cold dark night.
