Murderer, by Slightest Sound Subscribe to rss feed for Slightest Sound

Everyday i wait for you to talk to me first,
same old story, you turn my hopes into dust,
i end up lying saying it's fine,
but just for once i wish you saw the sign.

You walk away with a smile on you face,
though you're the reason why mine got erased,
i keep pretending how my life is great,
and that's how i get through almost each day.

There's a huge hole in my chest,
there's a loaded gun pointed in my head,
you're a murderer, you're just not aware,
i trusted you but i got misled.

Now i'm walking along this road,
who would've thought i'll end up alone,
if i'm being honest i knew all along,
now music is leading me through it all.

Are you really about to pull the trigger?
Come on, let the bullet to put me to sleep,
i honestly think you still aren't a winner,
but this war is over i admit the deafeat.

Leah.
