my first fish, by April BLue Subscribe to rss feed for April BLue

caught my first fish at star lake
had to knock it out on the head
was so happy i wanted to bake a cake
had to knock it out and make that fish dead

had to slice it from bungehole that goat man
said out loud in true german fashion out loud
only a man would call it that as a brand
say it out loud so lewd so proud

rather disgusted at the words involved butt
goat man was a hearty man of the deep dark wood
silent at that first fish i did cut
straight a cross with that knife best i could

caught my first fish at star lake
had to knock it out on the head
my dream fish of deelight
had to knock it out and make that fish dead
take the life of vision from it's sight

secretlee i took my daddy's hand on the dock
touched grandfather eugene's wolf hand too
separated by all with my heart inn padlock
rainbow trout for little april blue
knowing why Jesus was a fisher of man in sea of aquamarine
feeling just like a natural queen
all truth is revealed inn simple action
only nature gives true satisfaction
