I Used To Think, by Karlee Anderson Subscribe to rss feed for Karlee Anderson

I used to think I loved you.
I used to think you loved me.
I used to think I needed you.
I used to think you needed me.
I used to think I wanted you.
I used to think you wanted me.
I used to think you were the one.
I used to think I was your one.
I used to think I loved you.
I used to think you loved me.

Now I don't think at all,
I used to, but not now.
Not after the fall.
I used to see the stars rise
and fall in your eyes.
I used to see you like moon beams
in all of my beautiful dreams.
You were always there for me,
but you could never see,
that I was the one pulling away.

I used to think it was you.
I used to think you pulled away.
I used to think it was you.
I used to think you left me.
I used to think it was you.
I used to think you left that day.
I used to think it was you.
I used to think you told me to see.
I used to think it was you.
I used to think you told me I'd be okay.

I never used to think it was me,
if I could only open up my eyes.
I might be able to see
the stars rise.
It's too late for you and me.
It's too late for "I used to think"'s
to turn into "I know"'s.
