The Web, by Bryon Brown Subscribe to rss feed for Bryon Brown

The web is… a fascinating place,
It’s where you end up after a cat and mouse chase.

I lure you in with jokes and laughter,
Pulling you close just to see what you’re after.

Friendship or Love is the name of this game,
When you’re caught in my web it’s only you that’s to
blame.

You’re looking for something that’s not in your life,
While sleeping alone night after night.

I may have the answer. I may hold the key,
So… come a little closer if you want to see.

Fascinated and intrigued you can’t help yourself,
Drawn to the web it’s too late for help.

You can’t move and you can’t run
It’s too late… checkmate… the spider has won.
