“Women are pawn in the main game” “They are weakest link and only shame” “They can’t come even near to the capability” “They lack the courage and miss the good quality” Such misconception prevails in the minds of large section Enough has been done to bring up the females in this direction They are empowered with all sorts of encouragement Even worldwide there has been empowerment movement I have surrendered to the might of ladies They were in forefront for capturing the sky Everywhere they have excelled and shown the class It will be unworthy to make such derogatory pass Apart from being our true mentor They are praised and worshipped as our creator We have taken birth from their sacred refuge Can any one negate the fact, deny or refuse? Of course you can no expect them to come to certain level Yet they are showing their class and doing very well Even if leave aside their kindness and gentle behavior They have come off pretty well and acted as savior No one can claim divinity and holiness as women They have been considered capable and this is good omen How long we may keep them in the back seat? They certainly need attention and well deserved treatment It is life time dream for a female to rear the child With little thought of getting hurt makes her wild They get setback only because of family bond Otherwise they are number one in any filed and not second They are dominating force today and not curse They can come, intelligently participate and converse What we must try to help in this kind of challenges? The question now open to us is how best we are able to manage It will be real curse on us if we totally ignore Their ability and willingness to do more There is lot of good changes around Women are seen everywhere and found
