Life today

We are polluted Thoughts are diluted Voice is muted Environment not suited Such is life today We have been pushed away Nature is far off and distant dream We are acting as an individual and not team We are divided in cast, creed and religion Hatred is added and forgotten the region We are limited to tiny land Where only foes rule and not the friends Atrocity, murders and rape is order of the day Such has become routine and find’s its way Life is uncertain and goal very much unclear Death has become cheap life always feared Life is changing very fast Nothing has been built on trust At every step you encounter deception Possibly it is order of day with new perception How many deadly diseases added their names? No immunity or medicine is found or claimed Counter to counter resistance is diminished Life stands to be lost and get finished Any thing can happen on the way You want peace in life to stay It can never be had or dreamed No hope of ray is possible or beamed Everything has become instant But has increased the distance The natural flavor is lost But has doubled its cost What do we want to enjoy? Fast life with fear in the absence of joy I wish to return to natural habitat Hopefully will be able to change the habits Let city change its mood? Let them change entire pattern of food But one thing will never be changed The pollution and others may not be managed
