Known as my Plight, by WittrR Subscribe to rss feed for WittrR

Beaches: all of springs craze
The children splishin and splashin
All have thrown me in a daze
Smiles all aglow with the waves crashin

Peaceful and silent
No noise to be heard
Fathers says just dial it
An account not to be stirred

Fun and games sense it all
Chillin here on a mission
To fix my life that was in a fall
Throws my feelings into submission

Keeps me on my toes
Wondering if I will be
The kind to solve the woes
Of the child not yet seen

Wondering will I be alright
To give children what they need
This is my infamous plight
To care for another while I bleed

No one cares whether I live or die
Yall could care less
You lift me up nice and high
Just the toss me like the rest

Hate on me all you want
One thing keeps me alive
The child inside you, an idea sought
My dream: me and her will someday thrive.
