Song-Thrown Glass, by Katelyn7 Subscribe to rss feed for Katelyn7

252 days, I was in love with you.
I was working ways to show you that It was true.
One night came along and changed everything.
Darlin, I Don't know what you've become.
Im sorry what you said isn't enough.

Why can't we admit that the past is in the past?
But we've said too many things that we can't just go and
take back?
Our love was mixed in the glass that you threw to the
floor.
I know you're at the bottom but I can't help you anymore.

At first I was so amazed at the perfection people called you
and me.
You started to change when the little things blew out of
porpotion so quickly.
I was waiting for you to see that i wasn't going to let you
change me.
37 Times i tried to explain the situation where you would
see it easily.

why can't we admit that the past is in the past?
But we've said too many things that we can't just go and
take back?
Our love was mixed in the glass that you threw to the
floor.
I know you're at the bottom but I can't help you anymore.

Take what you have and I'll leave with the rest. But tonight
I'm letting my heart find rest. There's no room for you,
even at your best.
Tonight I'm letting my heart find rest.
