Flying Outside My Window Pane, by LostSoul Subscribe to rss feed for LostSoul

The butterflies are flying outside my window pane
Knocking, knocking
Yelling at me to get out of my empty home
That I don't need to be alone

And I replied
I choose to be on my own

They scream and yell it's empty inside
The rain keeps pouring down
But what they don't know
Is I live in the shadow of what I know
And sometimes the best medicine is time

Sure darkness lives inside
But all things comes to pass
Like the past
And sometimes time goes fast

The sun will shine
The flowers will bloom
Dreams will come again, soon

When patience and healing begins to make room
