Shores of Avalon, by Lovecrafter Subscribe to rss feed for Lovecrafter

It's a man's world
Everything's definable
Black and white
Save the gray of
Uncertainty, my temple is
Mysteries

When I will die
Lay me on the black shores of
Avalon
There the air sings
Interposing the causeway's
All but done

May I walk where
Wiser magistrates have tred
Awkwardly
Free all wretched
Starving, beggars searching for
Earth's vain gold

How could I live in a
Realm so secular
When I'm meant to live
In the stars
What kind of place will
Swallow your dreams
Just to pluck them out
Of your heart
