I am a shell of the greatness I once had and held.
I now wander and stagger in this life.
I've walked off the path I made for myself, aimlessly
wandering the forest that is this world.
Looking back is useless, everything behind me is blurry and
out of vision.
I am today a ball of hate and pain, grief and frustration
are my friends and they call me unto them.
I know not where I'm going, or if I'll make it there.
But with the last shred of who I once was and who I should
have become, I will strive on and keep going till I fall.
What little hope I have left, what love I do hold, it tears
at me, riping, twisting and draining my soul.
I wish for deliberance from myself, from what I have become,
Because who I am is not as strong as who I was.
I am not myself without you.
