Can't You Take the Blame?, by Little Miss Meeks Subscribe to rss feed for Little Miss Meeks

I told you everything
You were a very good friend
I thought you were anyway
I won’t ever mend
You started a rumour
That rumour was very true
You even told my sister
I can’t believe it was you
My mother will kill me
You knew that when you decided to tell
You’ll say it’s my fault
I know you very well
You do it all the time
Why can't you take the blame?
I’m always forgiving you
You never feel the shame
This is over now
I’m relieved in a way
This feels sort of funny
But I know you’ll be ok
You’ll find other friends
I’m a little worn
I’m glad to see an end
I won’t miss you when you’re gone
