Bleeding Tears, by Don't build lies on ice cubes. Subscribe to rss feed for Don't build lies on ice cubes.

You cut me to my core
And I fell upon my knees
My heart was screaming in agony
As I bled upon the floor

I pushed; and tightened the rope
Watched you fade from my heart
Heard all your whispered words
Until I cried from my pores

Each eyelash was drenched
My body burnt in salt
The wounds you left stayed open
And the world saw as I bled tears

The tissue of my heart was delicate
My mind was a romantic child
The hope of love forever...
Meant I bled til my life was gone

And I watched the salted water
Run from my severed veins
Trail solidly behind me
Until everything was stained

You made me bleed in tears
Cut my dreams into shreds of air
Left me alone in your selfishness
To question a love that's no longer there.

this is a very sad but excellently written I hope in time that you will find that one you love forever.
