look above and far below
wherever you cross
search for something
you don't know.

looking for acceptance
trying to push awya regret
befitting, begetting
a fate sealed in time
forget it, you're set.

so wander lonelly
condescending
looking high
the quest is never ending.

when you look
for the love you lost
look inside
the dark of yourself...
believe in yourself
the pain without cost.

so it hurts to breathe
it hurts to scream
the fear inside
is so real
and yet you tell me
wake up, it's just a dream...

sleepless nights
roll into days
and days fade away in weeks
over teh years
nothing has ever been so coated
so tarnished
love lost is so bleak.

searching now
for nothing more
than open wounds
healing, pain
to jsut settle the score.

twice, thrice
a patience bade
fuck you..
you didnt mean a thing to me
all along
it was just like a masquerade....

and the swollen sorrow
or crimson dripping
from yet another
gash across your chest
its a shame now...
they'll see you at your best.

xoxo
