i'm studying the milestones of your life discovering your adventures your hardships your trials and wondering if i've ever helped you through if i could have experienced some of the pain i'm remembering our past history you make me happier than anything in the world i suppose that's why it hurt the most and i want to know where else you have left your mark maybe on these foreign faces you have a different life that i know nothing about i'm looking through a window in time wondering how life is going now i want to discover your deepest of secrets let me hold on to them let me know you as much as i can it's burning inside of me i guess you could say that i'm dying for you another smile maybe another reality check i can still remember your smell and your laugh most of all, i can remember your eyes and the way that you've always looked right through me more than anyone else has penetrated no one can read me as well as you can and i miss you for it i'm remembering the old times and the changes - so many changes we've both grown into different people that are more compatible than black and white your memory is printed on the back of my mind i'll never forget you no, never in a million years you're too much a part of me, of who i am and i'm in love with you for it
