rebellion (blessed)

feel the pressure
count the tiles
hunting up and
down the isles
searching deep with the folds
will they be news
or will they be olds?
long awaiting silver linings
seeing only fiber shinning
clinging too the vintage bagging
bagging heavy, almost sagging
choosing more to steal
from the store,
the clerk looks mad
she knows she's been had.
her heart beats fast
the world rushes past
she longs for mom and not for dad
but when they come you know for sure
it will be him she shall endure
forsaken fields of red and red
no longer sleeping in her bed
for that man hath a fury like no other
just 1 big lie about a death
  not a suicidal mother
