Emptiness, by Dee Becker Subscribe to rss feed for Dee Becker

How can someone be empty when there is light all around?
The emptiness feels so thick with blackness you could cut it
with a knife.
Emptiness is like a jumbled up bunch of thoughts with no
clarity.
You feel no love or hate around you.
You want to cry one minute and laugh the next, then scream
out something but you don't know what because nothing makes
sense.
Emptiness is like hanging on to joy with your fingertips and
you are slipping away.
The emptiness is the computer of the mind freezing up on
you.
Where will it all end and what will end it?
DEATH
