IN MY DREAMS, by JULES Subscribe to rss feed for JULES

To Mother Earth.....

In my dreams, I am the Queen of Everything.

Queen of Hope. Queen in my Dreams. Queen of Everything.

Grass grows under my feet, as I command. Flowers bloom, with
a sweep of my hand.
Fish jump in and out of the sea.

Trees grow tall, with a touch of my left hand. Light up the
night sky,
with stars I throw out from my right hand.

I control all the Earth...Mother Earth, as I am called. Some
that take me for granted.
Do not fear me. Do not fall out of grace with The Man
above.
For I am just his humble servant, that is all.

I am in charge of all the rest on this Earth, wind, fire,
rain and re-birth.

I make the flowers bloom, you see. Put that apple upon the
tree. Peaches abound.
Pistachios will be found.

The Pumpkins at Halloween, I do myself, preen and clean.

Kind of pride myself in the Jack-O-Lanterns the kids do
bring,
makes me feel even better as Queen!

The Cherry blossoms in the Spring, I do bring.

I make the Rose bushes bring their sweet smell, depending on
the day.
If one notices.

The Tulips are very lovely, hurry and watch them before they
are gone.
Before they die. But they will be resurrected, again next
Spring...
on my Watch.

In Fall, leaves fall all over the yard. Some may yell out
loud,
to sweep them into a pile. But, remember it is fun, as a
kid,
to run through those piles of leaves and roll around in
them.

That too, is me again. The Queen of Everything.

In Spring, the leaves on the trees and plants seem to come
to life overnight...again.
Me again. A sweet Surprise after the Winter hides it all
away.

Me again. Giving the Earth a break, only to have a Re-Birth
in Spring.

Take time to Smell the roses, my friend along the way.
As for life, things go to quickly away. Why wait again until
the Re-birth of this Earth, each season?

And miss each day of your youth?

What would life be without dreams?
