A New Worry, by AUSTIN Subscribe to rss feed for AUSTIN

I'm trying to figure you out
And why you're so damn complicated
What do you really think of me
What are you indicating

You know I love the chase
And it's been slightly entertaining
Though I'm tiring of all the games
But it's all for you so I'm not complaining

See you're really flipping my world
Cause I was doing what was right and proper
Happiness wasn't an issue
For the first time I was doing what my parents ordered

But rebellion's in my blood
I was born to piss my parents off
Just afraid to fall in love
Cause they all say it turns you soft

And I hope you know what you're doing
Cause though my skin is tough and I'm strong
Someone like you could get to me
And this heart of mine will break if you're wrong

So where do we go from here
Take some time and break it down for me
Cause I don't speak in code too well
And I can't read you mind, you see

But if you're willing to do this
I say we do it right
Everyone can kiss our asses
If they're not by our sides

I'm changing around my life for you
And I know it won't be easy
It's always frightening when trying something new
But we can do it together, please believe me

So this is my message to the world
I'm letting you know you have me
Until my dying day
That is, if you want me
