My Hearing Left my Left Ear, by Sandwich Massacre Subscribe to rss feed for Sandwich Massacre

Peaceful mornings never last when I wake up at home
When you wake up you always talk about the nothings
I’ve heard your stories about PR
And all the stories about your car
And all the dumb things you used to do
What about the dumb things you still do?

*And I’m tired, can’t you tell that I don’t give a
damn?
Your dogma can’t manipulate me
I lost you about 5 minutes ago, don’t want to be here
If you only knew that my hearing left my left ear
I wear a don’t disturb sign around my neck
But you’re too blind or just illiterate
So just keep on talking about what you fear
If you only knew that my hearing left my left ear

When I sit on the couch and the TV is off
I’m not talking for a reason; my mind does things your
not
I’m thinking: I don’t want to listen to you
You asked me how I was 5 minutes ago
You ask me if I ate every hour or two
One day I’m gona beat you with my shoe

*

I can’t listen to you, don’t wanna listen to you
Cuz my hearing left my left ear
