Searching through the shining web,
spun throughout the night,
shining brightly straight ahead.
hauntingly disturbing,
moonlit eyes,
so cold and dead.
up and down the walls it climbs,
delicate as glass,
as breakable as hair,
swaying gently in the wind.
tickling the skin,
beauty hiding death.
patterns wrapped around the pole,
beautiful and poisoning.
silk to catch the innocent.
trapped and caught forever.
no way to escape,
a beautiful death awaits.
