i wrote this poem before about someone i thought i loved but as our relationship progresses i feel those words coming back to me you are my reason for living, the reason i am alive, the reason i continue living in this fucked up world i'm not comparing you to him, you two are NOTHING alike he's an asshole you are not!!! you are my reason for smiling my reason for loving people rather than hating them you've shown me a magical thing that some people never see i've seen the light the light of love it is so bright and it never flickers the blub never burns out and it will never have to be replaced with him it wasn't a light it was just darkness darkness because i was lying to myself because i lied to him it was darkness because i was just another girl on his list but i never have to think of it as a loss i've found my soul-mate and i will never be happier the smile i have on my face now is for you the breath i am taking now is for you the minute that just passed means i am one more minute closer to you!! to finally being complete for the rest of this life!! i love you and i will forever!!
