His smile is like sunshine to my soul.
His voice, the remedy to my heart.
When he laughs, my day brightens.

His light blue-green eyes capture me if I look too long.
His kindness is everlasting to all.
He knows of my past’s darkness yet is steadfast.

When he’s around, I find myself resembling a red rose
petal.
When his hands brush against mine, I am thrilled beyond what
is healthy.
With his words, my mind becomes stimulated and energized.

His jokes cause me to choke as I “drink”.
His goofy-ness lets me see joy in life.
When I pain, he cries with me.

When we debate, we agree to disagree.
During Conversations, his wit is spontaneous.
When he looks at me, he says things that would shame poets.

His dirty blond hair is soft in fragrance and touch.
When he holds me, hugs me, the darkness can’t reach us.
When he kisses me, I’m forever lost.
