Time To Rise, by << Red Ink >> Subscribe to rss feed for << Red Ink >>

I stretch my arms away
Daze at the blue sky and say
I can do whatever I wish to do
And don't you dare tell me that it's not true
I'm standing here to defend my own name
That have been underestimated on and on again
This time I win this game
The game of life that I had covered with shame
It's my own rules and don't you deny it
I shall see you all look towards me in respect
And who shall not, loses the bet

I have my beautiful wing floating in the air
I sing and joy runs in my veins
I run so fast while this sweet breeze
Provokes a smile threw my face
No one will mess with me anymore
'Cause I have the eye of a fox
No one could harm me any more
'Cause I have the sting of a snake
No one will scratch my heart any more
'Cause I have the palm of a huge cat

I'm not any more who I used to be
Because the checkers are in the palm of my hand
Everything happens by the demand of me
I shout and say
God is my only one who stands by my side
He helps me to get even, at last
The patience that I had for so long
Would now repay
Because I've been playing your game
And now it's your turn to play it my way

In the grip of my hands
Lays my decision and the only dissection
Try to stand against me again
And you'll find your repayment
Call me conceded
for that is the less thing I care
Call me evil
I won't mind at all because you've been one yourself

I believe in myself and my soul
I can make this threw
It's time where I shall rise
force anyone who stands to fall
An advice from me to you
"If you can't do the time
Don't do the crime"
