Raining Tears

RSS

By Dorothy Bailie

Raindrops like teardrops fall Like crystals down my cheeks Raindrops emotions constant call To be with the one I seek. Raindrops fall upon the ground And they quickly roll away Yet crystal tears of mine abound Rolling down my cheeks all day How I wish for the sun to shine To dry up all of my tears Praying that I'll get a sign My life is not as it appears People make rain in my heart So walls were built up there My heart can't again be torn apart It's now not open for people to tear Only I can stop all the Raindrops I can stop the tears that fall Because all of my tears I will swap for not having emotions at all.
