Hitched Breaths Sassy tongue cracks Unwanted interruptions Unconfessed desires Unwelcome needs Heartless deeds Noxious comments Paid every second It's all more than a girl can take Some need to hide Some want to stay Some words flying out without control Some thoughts which remain unsaid Some feelings full revealed Some still hiding behind the veil Just a new girl in town with shattered confidence Hiding behind the wall ignoring the mess Being engulfed by the eyes of a man More so a big bad wolf Silhouette of Adonis, the face worth gold That look of desire Those lips shaped right That awesome poker face which gave her fright Those deep brown eyes which said everything The feeling of safety coming from within A look at him starts adrenaline pump The mind asks body to fly or run Knowing that control will no longer be hers If sight does this what can touch have done? Those green eyes staring right at me Possessed by a girl as fragile as a spring faerie That hesitant look of desire That effort for composure Those needing eyes That naturally warm smile That instant connection That unsaid claim That unstopped, need to tame She looks at me searching my insides Trying to see what I have to hide She looks away but I do catch That need, that want that filled her soul at every patch Her mindlessly touching hair Her staring elsewhere Her efforts to ignore me Her each stolen stare Makes my body ask How would she feel against my skin? How would she feel on my lips? If sight did this what will touch do? The need to devour her came in me from within Touch won't be enough I need to taste her skin A man came from behind her and held her hard Her smile got lost Those eyes got scarred Still she left with him willingly Allowing him to touch her claimingly My inner caveman growled at this I had to convince him she wasn't our business Before leaving here she looked at me once The want still there Her skin still flushed She looks away and leaves me there My need unsated My heart uncared
