Roll of the Dice , by Terry Stewart Subscribe to rss feed for Terry Stewart

I play at life as if it was a game
I give in to chance with every waking day
Logic and reasoning has little hold on me
They only cloud the path to the person I should be

My game has rules like all games do
But the game I play has only two
You roll the dice than move ahead
You live your life until your dead

My game has many things in store
For those that choose to pick a door
But those that simply stay the path
Will live a life that leaves no tracks

Without the fear of choosing wrong
There are no words to your victory song
One day you’ll look back into your past
And judge your life by the memories you have
Of all the times you rolled the dice
And made a move that changed your life.
