Flowers and thorns, by Abi Wehrmeyer Subscribe to rss feed for Abi Wehrmeyer

A heart full of flowers, a mind full of thorns; oh where did
the beauty go? She hides in her room, desperate for tears to
come out so she can feel alive. Flowers in her hair instead
of cuts on her wrist; oh where did the beautiful girl go?

While she wears cuts on her wrists instead of flowers in her
hair, she seems to of lost all beauty. But don't you see?
Behind the scars and sorrow, lies a beauty no one can ever
take away. She is beautiful even with her scars, it's just
hidden behind everything.
