Third Wheel, by Nightshade Subscribe to rss feed for Nightshade

Pretend to have friends,
hate me for who I am,
discard me like plastic,
use me like I'm nothing.

Did I force myself to be here?
I only wanted to avoid loneliness.
Distracted?
You still abandoned me.

I really shouldn't mind,
I was nothing anyway,
I was a bad idea,
I was invisible.

Sure I say stupid things,
sure I'm not so smart,
but guess what?
I'm learning.

I won't talk as much,
I'll listen more,
don't abandon me,
at your door.
