Superheroes

My blue-eyed and blond-haired boys;
They are both mine to keep.
Pretending to be superheroes;
Staying up when it’s time to sleep.
I love my two superheroes;
Saving the pretend world they see.
What they don’t know right now as they’re playing;
Is that having them here has saved me.
