Book With Words Missing, by Disruptive Silence Subscribe to rss feed for Disruptive Silence

Someone please just look
See what is missing
You cant read me like a book, i have words missing

Look past what you see at first glance
Just try to look underneath
Dont fall for it, theres a different person underneath

I wont answer unless you ask
Ask me so many questions that i spill it all
Hold me when im scared to spill it all

Dont give me a judgmental look when you learn its all fake
Im not who you thought
What's going to happen when you realize im not who you
thought?

Will anyone be able to see im not happy
Does anyone even care?
I look happy, so why should anyone care

I cant make the words
All i know is my eyes hurt
Everything that should be right, hurts

Cant i blame someone
It would be so much easier to know its not my fault
I cry so much and its not ok because it really is my fault

Is there anyone willing to clean up a mess they didnt make?
How could i expect someone to be a janitor?
Besides, its only after the mess when we need a janitor

Someone please just look
See whats missing
Read me like a book, even if there are words missing
