A Life Metaphor , by michaeldall86 Subscribe to rss feed for michaeldall86

Life is like a distressing storm
Furious winds and ear splitting thunder
So loud it pierces your eardrums
Citizens thinking all is astray
Bringing misery and sadness to all

Suddenly the storm the storm comes to a halt
At that very moment you can make out a glimpse of the sky
Having the suns warmth on your back
With a nice, calm, smooth breeze

Only then to have the storm begin anew
Once again with treacherous winds and screeching thunder
Then, all hope was lost

This is precisely life
Beset with several ups and downs
With no looking forward,
To predict the future.
