Winter days, by Jasmine Normali Subscribe to rss feed for Jasmine Normali

On cold winter days
when the snow fall
presses like hands hardening
On the freezing earth
And streems freeze
Like an icy slide

The trees have droepped all there leaves
And just a skeleton remains
The snow creates a white blanket
For the earth
Everything is still and asleep

You can hear nothing
It is all still
there is an icy bitter breeze
That blowes on your face
You are freezing
Like a porsolin doll
Still and cold in winter

you take a deep breath
It is crisp fresh and cold
You look at your tracks
Deep holes in the snow
There is a lake ahead of you
With a smooth sparkiling surface

You look at the horizon
And see a gem
Coming from te hills
You are aproching spring
