Haunted, by Jessie27James Subscribe to rss feed for Jessie27James

Now I toss and turn all night
Until the morning sun’s in sight
Your presences lingers in the dark
As does this overwhelming pain from being ripped apart
And I try so hard just to breathe
But what’s the point, you’re my hearts thieve
I’m barely making it threw the day
Foolishly I thought you’d stay
And make my life more complete
Now I’m burdened by this defeat
Not fully dead, not alive either
Do you understand how it feels to be both and neither?
All I ask if for your return
To this aching mortals yearn
I miss you more than I can explain
And another moment apart will truly drive me insane
