The Lost Bird, by P.Paan Subscribe to rss feed for P.Paan

The lost bird looses it sight:

The lost bird looses it sight
Chirping loudly, it keeps me up all night.

Lost, confused and all alone,
Chirping to herself
Eases the fear of the unknown.

Peer outside my window,
Chirp Chirp Chirp, she sings.
I look at her,
And her coveted wings.

Daylight come and she fly away,
Escape the night,
Never to come back again.
