Regretful Lamb, by jwhwz Subscribe to rss feed for jwhwz

This lamb wishes he would have been nicer to his sister;
Because, for a long time; he has missed her.

For, she took her life the year of the lost Twin Towers;
And now, he wishes he could give her flowers.

She was so pretty and full of life;
She would have made a very good wife.

For, he knows who her soulmate was;
He has thought about it a lot because;

A poet loves to search his soul;
For, somewhere in his life; there is a hole.

That cannot make him happy;
It will only help if he gets sappy.

That hole can't be filled with cash;
For, he'd do something with it that was rash.

He is just happy to think and think;
Then, he sometimes needs to relax and drink.

For, this is the life of a tortured poet;
Anyone like this lamb should know it.
